Η 11η Robert Burns Night. Φέτος δοκιμάσαμε Glenfiddich & Aston Martin Formula One™ Team 16 yo Limited Edition, SMWS 88.31 Supper Siper – Speyburn 15 yo, Scallywag The Chocolate Edition 2024, Glendronach Ode to the Embers, Ardbeg Anthology 14 yo – The Unicorn’s Tale, Big Peat Christmas Edition 2023. Και με το haggis Arran Robert Burns Blended.
Tasting Day #101 • THE ARDBEG JOURNEY VOL 2
Κόψαμε τη βασιλόπιτά μας με Ardbeg. Δοκιμάσαμε TRAIGH BHAN Batch 6 19 yo, SPECTACULAR, ANAMORPHIC, UIGEADAIL, HYPERNOVA 2022 Committee Release και με το δείπνο Ardbeg WEE BEASTIE 5 yo. Το φλουρί χάρισε ένα Ardbeg TEN, ενώ προσφέραμε σε όλους τους παρεβρισκόμενους ένα Davidoff Nicaragua Robusto.
Tasting Day #100 • THE DALMORE WHISKY TASTING & CHRISTMAS DINNER
Γιορτάσαμε τις 100 Tasting Days στο φετινό Christmas dinner με The Dalmore whisky tasting. Θα δοκιμάσουμε 12 yo Sherry Cask Select, 15 yo, Port Wood Reserve, King Alexander III, Cigar Malt Reserve και XMAS Buffet με The Dalmore 12 yo.

Κάθετη γευσιγνωσία Glengoyne. Δοκιμάσαμε White Oak, 18 yo, Cask Strength Batch 11, The Distillery Cask 2010 14 yo, Teapot Dram Batch 9, ενώ το φαγητό το συνοδέψαμε με 10 yo και 12 yo.

Επετειακή γευσιγνωσία για τα 150 χρόνια Glenglassaugh. Δοκιμάσαμε 6 Glenglassaugh: 12 yο, Sandend, 26 yο distilled 1983, Rare Cask Release 2009 10 yo Sherry Puncheon, Peated Port Wood Finish, Portsoy.
TASTING DAY #96 • SPIRITS OUT OF THIS WORLD VOL 5
Γευσιγνωσία whisky, με 5 “Halloween” εμφιαλώσεις και trick-or-treat platter. Δοκιμάσαμε Bimber Spectre’s Craft, Arran The Devil’s Punch Bowl Chapter II, Glendronach Ode to the Dark, Ardbeg Anthology: The Harpy’s Tale 13 yo, Signatory Vintage Staoisha 10 yo (Bunnahabhain) Horsemen Νο. 4 και με το φαγητό Jameson Black Barrel, Strange Brew Alison Helles Octoberfest Lager και Strange Brew The Wizard Imperial Stout
Tasting Day #95 • 25 years Compass Box
Επετειακή γευσιγνωσία για τα 25 χρόνια Compass Box με special guest τον Brand Ambassador Pierre-Marie Bisson. Δοκιμάσαμε Orchard House, Hedonism 2025, Crimson Casks, Menagerie, Vellichor, Flaming Heart 25th Anniversary, The Peat Monster και με το φαγητό Glasgow και Artist Blend.
Tasting Day #94 • Like a Virgin Oak Vol 2
Το φρέσκο βαρέλι στην παλαίωση του ουίσκι. Δοκιμάσαμε Glen Garioch Virgin Oak, Method and Madness Garryana Oak, Redbreast Cuatro Barriles, Kavalan Virgin Oak European Exclusive, Benriach The Smoky Ten και Jameson Single Pot Still pairing με mix grill.
